Oh Tibby. Tibby is quite a survivor. She was pulled from the Shelter with a deep, painful laceration across the back of her neck. We suspect she was attacked by a coyote. After 3 weeks of care at our vet, she healed like a champ. So much so, her hair grew back completely and there's no scar! Don’t let her slightly advanced age fool you. “Tibby-Tib” is full of life, sass and personality. This lady is far from shy! She's been known to knock a small trash-can over to let you know when you're taking too long to get treats to her. Although she has arthritic elbows, she enjoys a good walk – or stroller ride - especially at the park. She loves to feel the sunshine and breezes across her face. Tibby is very inquisitive and always wants to be in the know. Whether it’s exploring her surroundings or seeing what all the commotion is about when the other dogs are barking, she hates being left out. Speaking of other dogs, Tibby is one of those Pugs that insists on being center of attention. She’s not good at sharing love from the humans with other dogs and must go to an only dog home. Despite that, she really is awesome one-on-one. She loves getting kisses and being cuddled, and has no problem making your lap a temporary bed for a nap. Tibby has been with us for quite a while now, patiently waiting for someone to scoop her up. Admittedly, we're starting to see the sparkle dim a bit in her eyes. We really hope someone will give this elegant lady the forever home she truly deserves!
