Fig Newton was transferred to our care from another rescue because they couldn't find a foster for him. "Figgy" has bounced around quite a bit in his life, and as a result is nervous when meeting new people. Figgy may have been mistreated in his past, is he understandably has some trust issues. He was very anxious when he fist arrived to our care, but quickly took to staff and now greets his favorite people with an excited tail wag. Fig Newton has loads of energy and loves to run around and play in the yard. We believe with some patience, understanding and training from his future adopter this boy will thrive and be a wonderful well adjusted dog! We are recommending no young children in his future home and for his adopters to be active people who have experience with training and with more reactive dogs. If interested in giving Fig Newton the safe and happy life he deserves, please apply today!
